multiple condition

Hi, I got a patient with the following condition, after the MRI the medical report shown the following:
- spondilolystesis,
- Herniated disk at L5-S1
- Dislocated disk at L3-L4;L4-L5;L5-S1.
- degenerated disk at L3, L4.
- para vertebral muscle spasm
- Myofascial pain syndrome.

The neurosurgeon recommend a strengthening exercises program, but after my evaluation i found that he need more a stretching exercises program but the question is If some had such a case like this? could any one share with me his or her experience with this kind of patient and the exercises used with him.
