Motor Relearning

Can any body help me in finding out the articles and books on the techniques of motor relearning. Please, tell me any useful web sites or links on the motor relearning. I shall be thankful for this.

Physiobase will become famous soon enough
The Wellington Hospital in London should have a good stroke unit. As the head and half the staff came from the old Devonshire private neuro hospital I expect they have kept up their great rehabilitation unit and drive from both PT and OT departments.
