Myasthenia Gravis (MG)
Hello everybody!
Since several weeks I have a patient under treatment diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis (MG) for a few years. The last two years she is in a wheelchair and according to literature she seems to have an more 'agressive' form of MG. At the moment she has not even enough energy to accomplish her daily activities. For the last weeks she has a continous headache, probably because of her poor posture. I want to train her cervical neck muscles, but i read that excercise is not indicated. Does anyone have experience with MG patients? Or know where to find relevant literature? Many Thanx, Greetings, Morrisio |
