stroke impact scale- plzzzz help

can anyone tell me how to score on this scale and can it be used on postraumatic hemiplegics also.

Thanks a lot for your reply but i have already gone through this site. I could not find how to exactly do the final scoring and the interpretation of the scores. If you could help me out in this regard. it will be of great help to me.
