odd situation...(help for patient in a developing country)

I am currently working with a girl who suffered from a brain damaging seizure, following head injury, about three months ago. She does not have access to health care or a physiotherapist (I"m in northern Thailand, in a town that borders with Myanmar). I'm in an odd situation in that I am not a physiotherapist, but I would really like to help this girl. If anyone could direct me to some resources on the internet that might help I would appreciate it. Thanks!
