flexor spasms

Hi,
Has anyone delt with these flexor spasms effectively, if so pls let me know the details

re: flexor spasms

1.Splinting in extension eg. black slabs
2.Positioning in standing using standing frame if necessary.Also supine inhibits flexion.
3.Facilitating voluntary extension
4.Intrathecal baclofen may need to be considered if spasms are painful/ severe.
