Hello friends,

Can anyone suggest physiotherapy management for a patient with a Final Diagnosis of Huntington's Chorea. The details of the patient are as follow:

Higher cortical function: Short-term and immedite memory loss
Behavioral changes - adamant, exhibiting antisocial behavior (sometimes undresses in front of others to go to bathroom).
Cranial Nerves: Normal
Sensation: NAA.
Motor Assessment:
-Choreotic movts of head, trunk and all limbs.
-Muscle power 5/5 b/l u.l and l.limbs.
-AROM and PROM full in all joints.
-Tone: Normal all 4 limbs.
-No tightness, contractures, or deformities.
Functional abilities: FIM score 7 with all bedside mobility
Balance: FBS sitting 4
standing 4
Gait: Dancing gait, does not fall, able to regain balance.

I would be happy if anyone let me know the techniques to deal with choreotic movts and gait problem.
