If you are in the UK, st georges in london have got a great treadmill with body weight support made by a company called Woodway. It's a german company as far as I know.

the make "spirit" or "Sprint" I have in my clinic starts at 0.5kph and is suitable at that speed for stroke and other motor neurone issues, rich

Woodway GMBH is one of the popular Bodyweight Supported Treadmill Therapy appratus.Its from germany. http://www.woodway.com You can see few machines on this website under category Medical Rehabilitation.
