Spastic Paraplegia

I am about to graduate from medical massage school and have a new patient with spastic paraplegia. Does anyone know what the best tx options would be for this patient? He is 40 years old, apparently in good general health. I have not noticed poor gait or spasticity. I have been around him only a few times and will give him the first massage this afternoon. I've been frantically searching the web for information on how to best help this patient. ANY input would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
