Hemiplegia

My patient is 62 years old,woman,who has stroke with right hemiplegia and aphasia.Poststroke time is 20 months. She's problem is in walking. She has two problems. 1- Hip and knee flexion not enough 2- Quadriceps not working. Ý have been trying bobath concept but i take minimal responses. how can i solution these problems? Thank for answers. Pt. Aykut

my patient with 79 year old lady with rt hemi plegia....this attack occurs before one month...now she develops severe shoulder pain and mild subluxation what is the treat ment for this
