NeuroMove NM900- EMG triggered electrical muscle stimulation t/t of central hemiparesis .

Has anyone had any experience using this form of electrical stimulation in stroke rehab and if so are outcomes worthwhile?Apparently it is based on the premise that thinking about moving a muscle increases the electrical activity in that muscle which then stimulates the machine to augment /create the muscle contraction.I have been told that this machine is not yet available in Australia- so I would be interested to hear from overseas therapists re the effacy of this t/t in stroke rehab.
