ERB's PALSY

WHAT COULD BE AN IDEAL TREATMENT FOR A PATIENT BABY OF 4 MONTHS WITH NO CONDUCTION IN C5, 6 AFTER BIRTH AND NEUROLOGIST WILLING FOR FOLLOW UP PLAN?

re: ERB's PALSY

As a therapist, v can prevent contracture of internal rotators and adductors.The plan is streching of internal rotators&adductors,positioning in anti-contracture position. with the help of splinting.As far as any periphery nerve involvement,v can wait upto 2years.After that,there is degeneration of motorendplate occurs.As much as prognosis within 2yrs is better.
