piriformis syndrome

i reconfirmed piriformis syndrome as a cause of sciatica or pivd , once it is properly diagnosed can be treated exactly, i have study of 12 patients in my masters in physical therapy( musculoskeletal) in pakistan, and found simple diagnostic procedures like beaty, simsons, pace sign, robinsons , procedures very effective, found improvement in adl with ease within 4-7 days, pain scale reduction on 2/10 or below within 4-5 days , and rom(ir,er) wnl within 3-5 days when swd, stretching and deep sciatsu is used...do any one else have any data or information on this issue..? waiting for replies...
