SERIAL CASTING PROTOCOLS

Has anyone some recent references to indicate the current protocols of serial casting to prevent loss of ROM in the brain-injured with increased m. tone?? Most of them go back 20 years and I cannot find any recent study to confirm their validity.

re: SERIAL CASTING PROTOCOLS

You may be interested in looking up an Author Ann Mosely. Alot of her work is in the mid to late 80's but has been shown to be effective technique.
