stroke 6 month follow up
we are currently looking into a project on the provision of a six month follow up service for stroke. This is in line with the NSF for the elderly guidelines. The implications for resources are massive. I was wondering whether anyone has taken this on yet?!

we are also looking into this. Our problem is that if the need for therapy input is identified we do not have the resources to provide it. Will let you know if we manage to put it into practice.
