This entirely depends on the presentation of the patient and the type and stage of MS that the the patient is presenting with. If you could be more specific maybe relating to a specific patient that you may have in mind it may be easier to help.

Oh dear! You wan't to know in detail PT management? Oh dear! So much information, so little time. A recepie book would be nice wouldn't it? Specifics would be good start.
