Cardiovascular training post-spinal cord injury

I currently work on a Regional spinal injuries Unit in Southport, and we are looking to improve our Cardiovascular training in patients following their injury. Does anyone have any releveant information or experience on how we should concentrate on this, and equipment you may use, please\reply to smw16477@hotmail.com. thanks!
