Lightbulb physiotherapy treatment after spinal cord surgery

After removal of a tumor of cervical level in the spinal cord , what is the reason for stretch in the ligaments of the body ,when all other movements are restored well, what should be done for it , thanks.:

can i knw the best treatment for bed sore....grade 3...
it has been almost 2 yrs my brother having the bed sore...
he is a SCI patient.....
the wound is very clean but not healing.....
