is it cmp or how to diagnose this patient
hi all
A patient {HIV +ve} came with a complaint of knee pain with no swelling i found his posterolateral aspect of patella tender with a nodule like consitent at the patellofemoral jt ,also the inferior aspect is tender. he complains pain in flexion when i make him to do dynamic quadriceps ex's. what should i diagnose and treat
