Question Orbital muscle tension post surgery

Hi everybody,

I would like ask about the orbital muscles .. my question is: When the eye exposed to many operations that lead to an increase in the orbital muscles tension, is here any hope to return as she was before using physiotherapy intervention? How would this case be treated by physiotherapy methods?

thanks a lot to all
