forearm pain

I saw a patient today who was complaining of elbow pain radiating into his for arm. this pain is only present during resisted supination so i tried to localise it but couldn't. in the end for today i used ultrasound grossly over the distal biceps insertion. i used a lateral glide and then taped it which eased the pain upon retesting. the pain has been present for over 2 months and the gent is 65. i'm a bit unsure as to what next, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

is supination with ressistant painfull when elbow bent or straight?
any other movement gives any problems
is radiationn follow dermaton?as suggested Alo, if yes which one?

hi friends
in such a situation i think we shold check for any local tenderness in supraspinatus.as mentioned by yarok i which position of the arm and albow.it can de neural involvement of the radial nerve.so check for the reponse to ULTT radial nerve bias.add sensitzing movements like thumb adduction and ulnar deviation for detecting superficial sensory branch involvement.response to tapping in the supinator.

i would have thought that pain on resisted muscle action would indicate a problem with that muscle. why are you all thinking neural?
