30 years old woman had a cut wound on the dorsal side of her right hand since 3 weeks. The extensor digitorum tendon of the middle finger was cut and repaired immediately in the same day. The surgeon put her hand in a plaster cast and tell her to remove it only for physiotherapy for 6 weeks. What is the best program for that case?
