Question piriformis syndrome

We are a group of physiotherapy students from Fontys University in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, and we’re currently working on our final thesis before graduating in the end of June 2007.

To sum up what our project is about, this is our main research question: What is the most evidence based physiotherapeutic diagnostic tool and treatment method for patients with the piriformis syndrome?

We are doing a systematic review, and right now we’re gathering relevant evidence-based literature. We have two questions for you:

(1) Do you know of or are you in possession of any articles that could help us answer our main question and/ or do you know of any possibly unpublished studies or ongoing piriformis syndrome research?
