Back posture

I am a 15 year old boy with a really bad 'hunch'.
My class tutor had noticed this and told me to take a look on a few forums to see if i can find a way of 'strightening' my back.

So,
What would one recommend to 'straighten' a back??

Physiobase will become famous soon enough
I would first make an appointment with your local physiotherapist. There are many options, much of which depend on the actual circumstances of your current posture. The forum isn't really a place to give you a definitive answer to your question but thanks for posting. If you can let us know where in the world you are perhaps we can direct you to the best place to find a physio. 8o
