treatment for urinary incontinence

i am terating a patient who has urinary incontinence following surgery for SPINAL CANAL STENOSIS AT L4-L5 LEVELS. THE PATIENT (female) is since than having an flaccid bladder and bowel. i am giving her interrupet direct current with interferential therapy and pelvic floor exercises. but progress is slow. sacral sparing is present.
