Swiss Ball Videos

I am trying to organise a list in this forum of all the available swiss ball videos as I wish to get a comprehensive library of the for my clinic. Can anyone assist. I have one by Susan Vogelbach which is great for its demonstrations and clarity. thanks

re: Swiss Ball Videos

Paul Chek has a series of videos on swiss ball training of which 2 are excellent. There are also videos by Lisa Westlake, & resist a ball, let me know if you need more info
