Are you looking for trochanteric bursitis or ITB friction syndrome at the lateral femoral condyle? Images, case studies or treatment choices? I see alot of poorly diagnosed knee issues which are ITB issues, which need gluteal & abdominal work to sort out in much the same way as trochanteric bursitis does.
