student placements in occ health settings

does anyone have experience of the above, if so what particular difficulties have you come across, and have the placements been given any financial support

re: student placements in occ health settings

I have had several work experiance students come and look at what I do in an Occupational Health setting. This poses as no problem, provided each patient is asked for their consent. Most of the Occ Health settings I have worked in are:
a. Not large enough to accomodate more than one physio and a patient
b. All Occ health depts seem to be trimming the fat in terms of budget, so I think it doubtful that funding would be forthcoming
