Inaugural Rugby Football League Sports Medicine and Science Conference, 10-11 March 2

Dr Lisa Hodgson, Head of Sports Medicine, Performance and Coaching Department, The Rugby League (RFL), England, has asked me to make medical, scientific and performance practitioners aware of the Inaugural RFL Sport and Exercise Medicine, Science and Performance Conference being held at the Thackray Museum in Leeds, UK on 10 - 11 March 2009.This two day meeting will focus on key medical, scientific and performance issues highlighted by current RFL medical and scientific staff. The conference will be both interactive and interdisciplinary with many themes also being of interest to practitioners working with other sports.
