Rehabilitation Case Manager

Medicess is an exciting and rapidly growing vocational rehabilitation company which strives for clinical excellence in the treatment of its patients. Offering a doctor-led vocational rehabilitation service, Medicess is unique in its multi-disciplinary approach to case management.Working as a case manager you will be pivotal in our innovative approach to clinical and vocational rehabilitation in the workplace. Alongside our doctors you will devise and implement multi-disciplinary treatment programmes which will be geared to returning patients to work in the shortest possible time frame. Your role will be to drive, manage, monitor and report on the patient’s progress.You will be required to liaise with all key parties involved in a patient’s recovery including GPs and treating clinicians, employers, patients, our clients etc., whilst documenting the patient’s progress against treatment objectives and reporting to all interested parties. With a relevant clinical qualification (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology etc) we are looking for experience in rehabilitation case management and knowledge of healthcare delivery in the UK. You will need to be organised, have good administrative and communication skills and be confident on IT systems.
