We are seeking an ambitious clinical manager that has previous experience in physical rehabilitation, the UK insurance industry and the role of the rehab provider in this market to help take the company to its next stage of development. The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate experience with the following:•A relevant professional qualification (Qualified Physiotherapist, Registered Nurse etc) with experience in case management an advantage•Advanced clinical reasoning skills using evidence based practice •Up to date knowledge of Whiplash Injury, including the impact of psychosocial factors on recovery•Managing and implementing quality assurance procedures•Good communication and presenting skills at all levels•Strong Customer Service and organisational skills You will be able to challenge both process and behaviour to deliver an improved, effective Clinical Governance service and will have a strong ‘all round’ business awareness.If you are looking for a long term career opportunity to grow with an established business and make a significant difference, this is the role for you.
