Senior position in one of Melbourne’s Health excellent services. 20 bed Rehab Unit. Our client is one of Victoria’s leading health services based in the north of the City, only 10 years old they offer a wide range of services all under one roof from OP day services and rehab programmes, they also offer a wide range of specialist medical consulting. The position is for a Grade 2 Physiotherapist who ideally has experience in rehab & orthopaedic, although this is not essential. The position will be mainly clinical and there will be some staff management, student supervision and co-ordinating. The services focus is on the provision of care to patients and look for employees to follow this high standard or equality and service, we also look for the suitable candidate to have excellent decision making skills, act as a motivating and supportive figure that participates in helping the team work together. Professional development is encouraged and they offer in services training on a regular basis, the health service is also able to assist financially toward outside training costs. Salaries are paid upon the level of experience you have in line with the states award rates. Suitable candidates must be eligible for registration in Victoria.
