Consisting of an OT, PT, SP and AHA, this team are centred around the client's functional goals and their recovery in their own environment.Located in Mackay you can access shopping, bars and restaurants on par with other smaller cities around the country. Airlie Beach and the Whitsundays are approximately 90 minutes drive away and there are plenty of beaches and rivers locally to go fishing and boating.Working Monday to Friday, fulltime hours, you will be entitled to one RDO per month and accumulate annual and sick leave. Working in a team that encourages suggestions for improving service quality and new initiatives, such as piloting new therapy groups this role is bound to be more fulfilling than the usual churning through clients and not much else.Accommodation will be provided in either a shared hour or an individual room in staff quarters with your own ensuite and shared kitchen.
