This series of courses is intended to significantly increase both your repertoire and use of joint and soft tissue mobilisations and manipulation. They have been previously run as three individual days but due to people wanting the material to follow on in a continuous format we are delighted to announce the days running as a series. Topics covered during the series:. Passive mobility testing of the spine, including the acute cervical spine. Grade V techniques for the cervical, thoracic, lumbar spine and the SIJ . The grade V techniques above are progressed to include the cervicothoracic and thoracolumbar junction. . Mobilisation, soft tissue techniques and some manipulative techniques of peripheral joints including the shoulders, carpals, tarsals, radial head and the AC joint. . Through all manual techniques soft tissue preparation and connective tissue massage of the area are discussed and practised. . Craniosacral techniques are also introduced. . A key feature of the tutors approach is to maximise positioning and efficiency of technique application for each individual thus making the techniques both comfortable to apply and highly effective.Ideally the course is aimed at Senior II and Senior I physiotherapists who are keen to refine and enhance their manual skills. All participants must be HPC registered and members of the CSP (or have equivalent professional liability insurance).
