Introduction to Myofascial Release (PART 2)

This 2 day course costs £198.Myofascial release techniques are an extremely powerful and permanent treatment technique that will yield startling results even when applied by beginners. This second part of the myofascial release course is aimed at continuing to consolidate and develop further skills in myofascial release. Existing skills will be revised and practised thoroughly and a number of additional techniques will be included.This provides an excellent opportunity to refresh and revise skills previously learnt and apply them on a variety of individuals. New skills include lumbosacral and pelvic techniques and a variety of cervical spine techniques. Who is this course aimed at?This course is aimed at those who have completed the Introduction to Myofascial Release (Part 1) course or those who are experienced users of myofascial release. It is recommended those who have not done Part 1 contact us so we can liaise to ensure the course is right for you. Unfortunately we are unable to take Pilates instructors or nurses on these courses.
