Exclamation Opening a Private clinic in Chennai,India

Hi all,
Am a Indian physio, now in the UK.I have some plans of relocation to chennai in the near future and starting up my own clinic. What will be the initial investment amount in rupees and also i need information that whether i need to be registered with IAP and RCI before i open a clinic/ practise in India or is that ok if i apply for registration after i open the clinic,I need these details as i dont have any idea about this registration things and i left for the UK immediately after finishing my studies,(also due to the delay in getting convocation certificate from my univ ,i was unable to get registered with the IAP immediately). Please list out the prerequisites and legal issues involved in detail.Replies from physios, who own clinics in chennai will be much appreciated.
