Physiotherapy for Left Ventricular Assisting Device

Hi

Our Institution started doing LVAD for cardiac patients.
Our Physios are asked to rehabilitate them
Please give me the details of following

1. Physiotherapy from Day 'o'
2. Do's and dont's after LVAD implantation
