Adult cerebral palsy and dysphagia

I am newly appointed to a post which is two days a week research. I am wanting to look into the role of the physiotherapist in the management of dysphagia in the adult with cerebral palsy. I f anyone has anything they wiould like to share on this i would be grateful. Does anyone have any experience in this? eg MDT working, guidelines for practice etc

I am working with dysphagic patient in my country. I have an unit abaut dysphagia. I want to learn what you want to learn abaut dysphagia or your patient.
