Opposite BP response to aerobic ex's

We just caught wind of a new study which states that in the Fibromyalgia/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome client there seems to be an opposite BP response to aerobic ex's and resisted activities (ie: BP would drop)
Anyone else heard of this or have references to this?????
