Low level laser/amputee delayed wound healing

2 PTs working with amputees, increasing problem with delayed wound healing (with and without MRSA), investigating the use of LLLT for promotion of wound healing, currently doing a literature search. Is there anyone with experience in this particular field who would like to share their knowledge with us?
