Inhalation therapy

Hello out there you cardio gurus...
I've been out of the ICU/resp game for a while now and have been asked to contribute on an inservice for inhalation therapy (CF,COPD populations)
Please respond to any of the questions below:
Question 1: Do all Irish hospitals use ultrasonic nebs? How do you pay for this?
Question 2: Bronchodilator/exercise first in CF kids? Are ther any ofther studies other than Fitzgerald et al 2001? What do you practise?
Question 3: Does anyone have some great tricks to get kids to breath slowly?
Question 4: How often do you check your patients home reigeme?

Any help/websites etc helpful.

THANKS
