pnf breathing techniques

can nybody plz gimme some information regarding pnf breathing techniques.......i m preparing my project n nt getting ny material

pnf-breathing

simply it is techniques that u can add breathing exercises to PNF...U can also add Autogenic drainage to callisthenic movements...
