chronic COPD with right ventricular failure

hi every one!
A relative of mine has COPD since 10years and has been in 24hrs oxygen supply 4liters since 2years.before he was in intermittent O2 supply.he has also got right ventricular failure and irritable bowel syndrome.He is under medication
His symptoms worsens with change is weather.he is a nonsmoker.
His family has asked me to see him and I am planning to suggest him:diaphragmatic breathing, mobilization,shoulder and trunk mobilization and postural correction.
can anyone suggest me if i need to add something to the list considering his problems??
