treatment plan for hemiplegic patient

i am student of physiotherpy ,recenty have have got a patient with hemiplegia.
actually,he has got a strock causing hemorrage in basal ganglion which lead him to half side paralysis.what treatment plan can i aply for him?
i am applying simple passive movements,frankle exercise and p.n.f techniques........what can be the other techniques to be applied beside this techniques for the quick recovery????????
