Hi All, mainly using twitter/physiobob now to let folks know what I am doing. But shortly will find a way to integrate those tweets into this blog

Wow what a day. I had postponed the watching start to finish of series 6 of 24 only to be able to watch what seemed like the old match fixing of world series cricket. The Aussies of which I am one had a forward pack that looked like they had been on a week long bender!! (George Smith not included). The backs were great but I really had to wonder after it all finished whether the front row had a few side bets on the game, perhaps via a few former international cricketers??!!

Well I thought it was about time we added a unique, individual feature for all members to use to maintain their own blogs. This is a note i am writing while testing how it works.

Seems pretty cool and I have added in various features to add images, videos etc. It also creates an RSS Feed of your blog which is pretty cool if you want to share it with others.

Anyway that's it for now. We will see how it goes. Hopefully we can control the potential spam...
