Hi there!
Check out my artile on squats I have posted in my blog on this site. It's to do with the correct squat technique. Squats are a great activity for core strength, prevention and rehabilitation of lower back pain. But they have to be done respectfully -I have given more details in my article

Squats are probably one of the best exercises. Yet, they are not one of the most popular exercises in most gyms. People try to substitute squats for leg presses, leg extensions etc. They are losing so much benefit!
Your right, must have good technique. I hate when I see people bending over and putting lots of stress on their back instead of legs/hips.Posted 25-01-2010 at 10:11 PM by AdamEd
