volunteer phisiotherapy

Hi,i am 25 years physiotherapist from Greece.I m looking forward to work as a volunteer physiotherapist allover the world.I m not sure if physiotherapists can take part in msf mission programms.If somebody knows something about msf please inform me.I dont want to work volunteer throw companies which send people to other countries after payment for example 800 euros for three months work.If somebody can help me about generally volunteer physiotherapy anywear to any country please inform me
