Hello....I have scoliosis and Ive been diagnosed with it since I was 16. My dad ( hes an ortho paedic surgeon) did the above assesment on me and i was diagnosed with structural scoliosis. Its basically due to congenital reasons/or idiopathic reasons.
The regular treatment given was: 1. orthotics...that is if the curve is more than 20 degrees 2. exercises: mcKenzies exercises....u can look that up. |
