Randall Chronic Pain Scale
This scale allows patients to express their pain in a measurement that is particular to their situation. It allows patients to describe the intensity of pain, onset, what relieves pain,how long the pain lasts and how it affects the patient emotionally and physically. The scale can be used to assess the effect of intervention.
