Hemiplegia
My patient is 62 years old,woman,who has stroke with right hemiplegia and aphasia.Poststroke time is 20 months. She's problem is in walking. She has two problems. 1- Hip and knee flexion not enough 2- Quadriceps not working. Ý have been trying bobath concept but i take minimal responses. how can i solution these problems?
